Required Qualifications:- North American OR Canadian Board Certification with post 3 years experience after completion of the Boards at Consultant Level.
Locum or Permanent Contracts are available for most specialties.

  15. Age restrictions: Client will not consider candidates over age 58. Not negotiable.
  16. Offer based upon passing Dubai State Medical License Certification (similar to our state licensing system in the US). If pass, firm start date will be issued. If failed, then trip will be reimbursed.
  17. Will not consider any applicants with present malpractice issues. Past issues need to have resolution and explanation.
 
Interview process: (will take 2-4 months).

 From this point on, Recruiters are not involved and client will communicate directly with applicant
  1.  Phone iv with HR and client representative re Details of position, salary, perks etc
  2. Client will send pro-forma offer letter directly to applicant, not to the recruiter. If applicant agrees, fly to Dubai for F-F IV. Applicant to book and pay for own airfare which will be reimbursed if s/he passes Dubai state Medical License exam.. If after flying to Dubai, candidate fails, fee will be reimbursed.  If candidate passes and rejects offer, then no reimbursement of air-fare. 
  3. Take and pass licensing exam while in Dubai
  4. If pass, then start date will be issued.
